Our professional stem injection programmes eradicate 100% of Japanese Knotweed
Low Impact on Environment
We use herbicides that are approved for use in or near water so that our Japanese knotweed treatments have a low impact on the environment.
Herbicide treatment of Japanese knotweed is usually less expensive than methods that involve excavation (screening, dig & dump etc.) and it can treat large areas quickly
What is excavation & relocation?
This method is used to remove Japanese knotweed from one area and relocate it on site. The infestation will be mechanically excavated, moved and then spread out to a maximum depth of 500mm. The stockpile will be treated with herbicides.
This method is a cost-effective alternative to disposing of Japanese knotweed to landfill.
When is this option required?
This option is useful if your site has sufficient space to allow a stockpile to be created. Commonly used on development sites where access is required to one area.
